We work with the Mortgage Lending Industry to assist borrowers in
the signing of loan documents. If you are an Attorney, and understand
the signing requirements of loan documents, then we have work for
you.
We are currently seeking to add Attorneys to our database for the
States of Massachusetts, Georgia, Delaware, South Carolina for the
purpose of helping our Title and Mortgage companies meet their Witness
Only Closing needs.
We deal with Lenders and Title companies all over the United States
and in some cases the lenders ask that we find an attorney that
will meet with the customer in their home as a courtesy after normal
office hours. However, we try to avoid meeting with the customer
after 7:00 pm unless there are special circumstances.
We want attorneys who
